Amanda Velazquez is a professional chef with over a decade of experience in some of the country’s top restaurants and catering companies. Known for her vibrant flavors and heartfelt approach to food, she believes every dish tells a story and has the power to bring people together.

From a young age, Amanda found joy and creativity in the kitchen — a place where love, flavor, and connection come to life. Her goal is simple: to make every dish feel like it was made just for you.

She has worked in some of the best restaurants in the country, including O Ya in Boston, MA, and The Alinea Group in Chicago, IL. She worked for Saltbox Farm and Catering in Concord, MA which was awarded Best of Boston for their catering. Amanda has worked for many families as a private chef and with many dietary restrictions.

Harper’s Eden Catering was featured on NH Chronicle and Chef Amanda competed in the NH Food Bank’s 2026 Steel Chef Competition.
